Hot or cold, cocoa has always held a special place in my heart. Growing up in the Caribbean, 'Cocoa tea' was a nightly ritual for my brother and me. The rich, chocolatey aroma that filled our home as my mother prepared our bedtime drink is a cherished memory. Her method—grating cocoa balls, adding hot water, and sweetening with condensed milk—created a beverage so delicious it’s still a part of my dreams.
